  • Description and Status

Mauritius Heritage City is a new masterplan project located in Mauritius, developed on a 145 Ha land at an area known as Highlands.

In an effort to alleviate traffic in the capital Port-Louis and facilitate the port’s expansion, the Government’s administration offices including all ministries, the parliament and the Prime Minister’s office will be moved from the capital to Heritage City.

    With a total of 650,000 m2 of BUA, the project consists of:
